My Bird "List"

Ok, so I may have found a new "hobby." I know some people have a bird list, but only they have seen the birds and no proof. My list will only include birds of which I have taken a picture. Please let me know if I have an incorrect identification (especially the American Goldfinch and the Western Gull). You will have to provide a good argument for the Gull, because I checked a bunch of reputable sources to make sure it wasn't a Herring Gull!
